Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Rooms Intern to join the Rooms team at a bold luxury resort on the Red Sea coast. This internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality and guest relations, with opportunities to learn across Front Office and Rooms operations.

You'll gain practical experience in delivering exceptional service, while developing your guest service skills within a vibrant, multicultural environment dedicated to creating extraordinary moments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is an asset.
• A bold, playful and extraordinary spirit of SLS.
• A team player in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious Rooms Intern to join our team at SLS The Red Sea, where bold personalities, playful luxury and extraordinary experiences come together.

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and the signature SLS personality, creating memorable first and last impressions.
• Gain hands‑on experience across Front Office, Guest Relations and other Rooms operations, depending on departmental requirements.
• Support daily operations, including guest check‑ins, check‑outs, enquiries and special requests.
• Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality and creativity to every interaction.
• Develop an understanding of guest preferences, resort facilities and personalised luxury service.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless guest experiences and creating extraordinary moments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Actively participate in training, development and learning opportunities throughout your internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an asset.
