Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for a large corporate environment. You will partner with hiring managers across functions, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience in line with Saudi labor regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in talent acquisition, is based in Riyadh, and excels at direct sourcing and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Expatriate candidates currently working in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
Experience in a large organization (500+ employees preferred).
Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience.
Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement briefing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen and engage candidates via LinkedIn, referrals and job boards.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
Manage candidate communication and deliver a positive experience throughout hiring.
Provide recruitment market insights and updates to stakeholders.
Support recruitment across multiple functions in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
Ensure activities comply with Saudi labour regulations.
