• Seasoned understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
• End-to-end recruitment process knowledge.
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection.
• Ability to stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other technology used to streamline the recruitment process.
• Knowledge of employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Excellent communication to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze talent metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Forward-thinking recruitment approach and embracing new ideas and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supports peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of talent acquisition work priorities.
• Offers technical advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment and talent discipline.
• Participates in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices.
• Engages with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help identify the exact skills set required and advise on best recruitment approaches.
• Sources and identifies qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develops competency-based interview guides mapped to current jobs.
• Collates information from employment checks and assessments for hiring decisions.
• Monitors and maintains internal and external job postings.
• Ensures that new hires are onboarded professionally.
• Extracts data for monthly and weekly reporting from the e-recruitment system and prepares it for presentation.
• Performs any other related task.
