Majid Al Futtaim operates Carrefour Riyadh and is seeking a Store Manager – Supermarket to drive sales, profitability, and stock management. You will lead performance analysis, implement improvement plans, and coordinate with department heads to ensure timely merchandise deliveries and high service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and 5+ years in store management within retail, with relocation to Riyadh mandatory if not based locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• 5+ years relevant experience as a store manager in supermarkets industry.
• Must be located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• Experience in Retail is a must.
• Strong people and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement supermarket plans in line with strategies with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to measure performance and grow profit.
• Maximize sales by controlling costs within budget guidelines.
• Review stock and sales reports and take corrective actions.
• Conduct comparative studies between departments to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Department Heads for stock management and deliveries.
• Supervise service and maintenance of supermarket assets.
• Oversee hygiene standards and safety in the supermarket.
