• Coordinate with Head Office to support business objectives and monitor performance.
• Develop and implement plans to improve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and cost control across departments.
• Lead and develop department heads; ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
