WSP is seeking a Saudi National IT Support Specialist to deliver reliable IT support for a major roads and highways construction project in Riyadh. You will serve as the primary technical contact for project staff, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems across office and site locations while aligning with WSP cybersecurity standards.

You will diagnose issues, support Windows + 365 apps, manage accounts, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support, service desk, desktop support, or infrastructure support roles.
• Experience supporting engineering consultancies, infrastructure or construction projects, or large corporate environments is preferred.
• Experience in multi-user environments and supporting both office and site-based personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with project delivery environments and construction sites is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures and information security practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second-line IT support for project staff and stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access rights.
• Record, monitor, and close support tickets per service delivery standards.
• Support LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity; coordinate with vendors for escalation.
