Qualifications

• BSc in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Overall Relevant Experience: 20 years
• Experience in Similar Role/Projects: 10 years
• Regional Experience: 5 years

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ICT infrastructure and data center construction per design specs and standards.
• Manage all phases: planning, procurement, execution, handover with focus on quality, safety, timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, ICT specialists and contractors for seamless integration.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, and implement corrective actions for delays or overruns.
• Ensure adherence to ICT facility standards including cooling, cabling, power redundancy, Tier certs.
• Oversee risk management and QA through inspections and audits.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in supervision and ICT infrastructure management.
