Job summary

The role ensures compliance with design and quality standards, coordinates with contractors, and manages site activities across fiber, data centers, and networking equipment. A background of at least 10 years in construction, including 5+ years in ICT/data center supervision, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in construction projects.
• At least 5 years in construction supervision for ICT or data center projects. Regional experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure construction standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• CCNA and CCNP are plus and recommended

Responsibilities

• Supervise ICT construction activities (installation, testing, commissioning, closeout).
• Oversee fiber optic, splicing, WiFi, data centers, and cabling work.
• Monitor site progress and enforce schedules.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment placement, and workforce allocation.
• Conduct on-site inspections for drawings, specs, and quality.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are met.
• Manage construction documentation and progress updates.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to address technical issues.
