The successful candidate will have in‑house experience or a strong desire to move in‑house, with a proactive, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills to work across functions and jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contract negotiation and drafting for corporate clients.
• Exposure to regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Experience in an international or cross-border legal environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal counsel and support to global offices.
• Negotiate and draft contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and sanctions considerations.
• Support onboarding of new clients and training for staff.
• Attend to governance and corporate secretarial matters.
