ARK47 Studio’s legal team in Riyadh is seeking a Contracts Lawyer to draft and review commercial agreements and contractor templates, ensuring alignment with Saudi law.

You will maintain contract records, coordinate with outside counsel for updates to terms of use, and support colleagues in template usage while ensuring proper authorization and filing of amendments. This role is on-site in Riyadh with competitive compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years drafting or reviewing commercial contracts.
• In-house or law firm experience preferred; law degree is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and review the company’s commercial contracts and templates.
• Review ARK47 Studio terms of use and coordinate with external counsel for updates.
• Maintain a register of contracts with renewal and end dates.
• Guide colleagues in using approved templates and arrange outside legal advice.
• Ensure each contract is signed by an authorised person and file amendments.

Educación
