Job summary

Michael Page (UAE) is recruiting a senior corporate/commercial lawyer to provide legal counsel on cross-border transactions and strategic initiatives in Riyadh. The role encompasses drafting and negotiating customer, supplier, and service agreements, and managing contracts across international markets.

The successful candidate will oversee risk assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor evolving laws to guide business stakeholders with practical, business-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in corporate law, commercial law, transactions or related legal field.
• Experience in international commercial transactions, contract negotiations and legal risk assessments across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge and experience in commercial agreements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management and transaction structuring.

Responsibilities
