Fragomen in Riyadh is seeking a qualified lawyer to build and shape a dynamic in-house legal function within a global immigration services firm. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel for EMEA and supports the ME offices with contracts, compliance, sanctions and onboarding.

The successful candidate will manage projects, deliver training, and work in an international environment, with opportunities to engage in governance, regulatory advice, and future office openings within Saudi

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and sanctions advisory.
• Experience in in-house or desire to move in-house is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Draft and negotiate long-term contracts with major corporate customers.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance across the organization.
• Assist in sanctions determinations for permissible work.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and staff training.
• Attend to corporate secretarial governance functions.
