Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in hotel operations in a Hotel Manager or senior role.
• Experience in 3- or 4-star hotels preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and coordinate between departments.
• Lead and develop hotel teams to achieve service excellence.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, cleanliness and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics like occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability.
• Develop and implement plans to meet financial and operational targets.
• Control operating expenses while maintaining service standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations, Finance and HR.
• Act on guest feedback and online reviews with corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards and regulations.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Support sales and revenue-generation initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Identify challenges and implement practical efficiency improvements.
• Manage staffing levels, training and performance management.
• Conduct facility inspections and oversee maintenance and presentation.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and guest satisfaction.
