Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across restaurants, cafés, room service, and banquet functions.
• Assign daily duties and monitor performance of Food & Beverage staff.
• Ensure professional, efficient, and friendly service to guests.
• Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Train and coach staff on service standards and procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily and periodic operational reports.
• Support achievement of Food & Beverage sales and revenue targets.
