Job summary

Woopel in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our property. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients and travel agents, and promote the hotel to secure bookings.

The role requires leadership to meet targets, excellent English communication, and knowledge of the local hospitality market. This is a contract role with potential extension and company-provided housing or allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of Riyadh market trends and competitors in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and bookings.
• Build relationships with clients and travel agents to generate leads and secure bookings.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
