Job summary

Occasion, a Riyadh-based B2B event management and corporate gifting company, seeks a dynamic field-based sales professional. You will own the full sales cycle, visit client offices daily, present our services face-to-face, and close deals on site.

You will build a robust pipeline through field visits, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals, qualify inbound enquiries, and collaborate with operations and design to deliver compelling proposals and pricing aimed at securing government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and strong professional English.
• Excellent presentation skills and comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Outgoing, energetic, and enjoys meeting people.
• Willingness to cold call and visit client offices unannounced.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from finding opportunities to closing deals.
• Field-based role visiting client offices across Riyadh daily.
• Present services face-to-face and bring business back.
• Build pipeline through field visits, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and RFPs.
• Prepare and present proposals with operations and design teams.
• Lead pricing conversations and close deals.
• Handover awarded projects to operations and stay as the client contact.
• Follow up post-event, track payments, and open repeat business.
• Keep the CRM updated and report pipeline weekly.
