Baja Foods is seeking a results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead daily operations across more than 20 showrooms in Saudi Arabia, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable performance. You will collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to optimize availability and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years retail management experience, preferably in major brand operations (F&B or FMCG).
• Proven track record managing 15+ retail showrooms across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across 20+ retail showrooms to meet sales, profitability and service targets.
• Monitor store KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Oversee store launches, relocations and renovations to support market expansion.
• Develop standardized procedures and compliance frameworks across all stores, ensuring food safety and customer experience.
• Lead, train and mentor cashiers and supervisors, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure product availability, promotions and brand alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
