Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years retail management experience, preferably in major brand operations (F&B or FMCG).
• Proven track record managing 15+ retail showrooms across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations across 20+ retail showrooms to meet sales, profitability and service targets.
• Monitor store KPIs and drive continuous performance improvements.
• Oversee store launches, relocations and renovations to support market expansion.
• Develop standardized procedures and compliance frameworks across all stores, ensuring food safety and customer experience.
• Lead, train and mentor cashiers and supervisors, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure product availability, promotions and brand alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Performance Management:

Manage and optimize operations across multiple retail showrooms to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service goals.

Monitor store KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement.

Oversee store launch projects, relocations, and renovation activities to support market expansion.

Standardization & Compliance:

Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and compliance frameworks across all stores.

Ensure adherence to company standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer experience.

Team Leadership & Talent Development:

Lead, train, and mentor Cashiers and Supervisors to maintain high engagement, consistency, and accountability.

Champion a performance-driven culture aligned with Baja Foods brand values and strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Strategy:

Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, promotional execution, and brand alignment.
