Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a senior Construction Project Manager within our PMO to lead planning, coordination, and execution of major projects. You will ensure scope, budget, schedule and quality compliance across infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.

The role requires deep PMO experience, proactive risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and mentorship of junior engineers. You will drive process improvements, manage procurement, and ensure regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction engineering within a PMO environment.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects (infrastructure, commercial, or residential).
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, construction processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning coordination and execution of construction activities for PMO projects.
• Oversee development and implementation of construction project plans including resources and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams to drive quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with PMO to align construction activities with project objectives.
• Develop and monitor schedules, milestones and progress indicators.
• Manage procurement activities including vendor selection, contract negotiation and sourcing.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control evaluations to ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Interface with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to obtain permits and approvals.
• Mentor junior engineers and construction staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
