Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to support the Head Pastry Chef and manage the pastry section. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pastry experience in fine dining.
• Hands-on knowledge of viennoiserie, doughs, creams, chocolate, and fillings.
• Strong English language skills mandatory; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute classic and contemporary pastry techniques with precision.
• Lead and mentor the pastry team during busy services.
• Plan daily production and monitor shelf life.
• Maintain strict FIFO, labeling, and storage standards.
• Ensure hygiene, quality and cost control for the pastry section.
