Career Nest Academy is seeking a Junior Pastry Sous Chef in Al Khobar to support the Head Pastry Chef with daily pastry production, from viennoiserie to plated desserts, while upholding uncompromising quality.

The role requires 3–5 years of dedicated pastry experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants, deep knowledge of pastries, and fluent English. French language skills are advantageous and cost-conscious leadership is valued.

Formación

• 3–5 years of dedicated pastry experience in fine dining or upscale settings.
• Proficient in viennoiserie, doughs, creams, chocolate, and fillings; strict shelf life and allergen controls.
• Strong attention to cost, consistency, and keeping a high standard of plating.

Responsabilidades

• Execute classic and contemporary pastry techniques with precision.
• Lead and mentor the pastry team in the Head Pastry Chef's absence.
• Plan daily production and monitor shelf life with FIFO labeling.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality across the pastry section.
• Control costs and waste while maintaining premium quality.
