Job summary

Sapphire (SILZ) LLC, based in Riyadh, seeks a Manager – Rewards & Organizational Development to lead rewards, payroll, workforce planning, and OD initiatives aligned with business goals and budgets.

The role oversees rewards frameworks, annual merit and bonus cycles, manpower planning, HR governance, and analytics to drive organizational effectiveness and cost efficiency across the plant and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or HR Operations.
• Experience in rewards analysis, merit cycles, bonus administration, and workforce planning programs.

Responsibilities

• Rewards administration, salary benchmarking, internal equity reviews, and pay positioning analysis.
• Lead payroll administration and ensure timely, accurate payroll execution.
• Oversee organizational development frameworks, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.
• Develop governance policies for rewards, OD, and HR compliance.
• Prepare rewards reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decisions.
