Job summary

MOZN in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Compensation & Rewards specialist to help design rewards programs, support budgeting, and align people strategies with business goals. You will work with partners across functions to analyze roles, salary levels, and costs while ensuring compliance and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, advanced reporting, and the rollout of annual compensation and merit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in rewards or data analytics roles.
• Knowledge of rewards trends, practices, and methodologies.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support design and raise awareness of rewards strategies and processes.
• Support business partners on rewards structure, workforce plan, and cost management.
• Assist in job descriptions and salary level analyses.
• Assist in launching annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, processes, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop workforce plans.
• Assist in designing and reviewing commission schemes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and address employee matters.
• Produce HR reports weekly using analytical tools (xls, Tableau).

Responsibilities andDuties

• Support the design, implement and raise awareness ofRewardsStrategies and Processes including HR tailored frameworks, programs, policies.
• Supportbusiness partners andmanagement on matters related to people,rewardsstructure, workforce plan, andcost management.
• Support andrevise job descriptions forrelevantpositions within the company, conducting analysis to determineappropriate salarylevels based on compensation guidelines.
• Assistin launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resourceutilizationtooptimizeefficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with thebusiness partnersto develop and review workforce plans.

Qualifications, experience, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5Yearsexperienceof experiencein Rewardsor Data Analytics Roles.
• Strong knowledge of Rewards current trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.
• Eager to learn.
