Job summary

DP World in Jeddah seeks an Organizational Development professional to shape policy, structure, and workforce planning. You will lead talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development, aligning HR strategies with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in OD, Talent or L&D, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English to support a high-performing workforce across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in OD, Talent & Performance or L&D.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and controls.
• Review policies to align with regulations and needs.
• Create accurate job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct job evaluations using Hay method.
• Develop workforce planning models and monitor headcount.
• Manage internal promotions and transfers with updates in HR system.
• Draft short- and long-term workforce and succession plans.
• Oversee career development and succession initiatives.
• Design programs for key talent and future leaders.
• Ensure retention initiatives for high performers and successors.
