Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) in Riyadh seeks an experienced HR Operation Manager to lead payroll, compliance, and employee data integrity for refining and corporate staff.

You will ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization, manage government relations and payroll inputs, and drive HRIS accuracy while leading a capable team.

The role demands process discipline, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proactive stance on automation to reduce errors and regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR operations with at least 3 years in management.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization requirements.
• Experience with Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI platforms.
• Payroll inputs experience for mixed blue- and white-collar workforce.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for government relations.
• Strong analytical skills and handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Manage all interactions with MHRSD platforms to ensure legal compliance.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including shifts and allowances.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and exit settlements.
• Audit HRIS data to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Lead work permit renewals and government relations for expatriates.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Supervise HR operations team and provide regulatory training.
