• Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle and drive continuous process improvements.
• Implement succession planning frameworks for critical roles and leadership development.
• Maintain organizational structures and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Support strategic workforce planning and manpower forecasting in collaboration with business leaders.
• Execute annual compensation activities, including salary reviews, promotions, incentives, and market benchmarking.
• Participate in external HR and compensation surveys, providing insights to support reward and talent strategies.
• Develop HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Draft, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with labour legislation and organizational requirements.
