Job summary

Webook is seeking a Revenue Assurance Manager to oversee controls across platforms, billing, settlements, and accounting to prevent revenue leakage. The role collaborates with Finance, Operations, Commercial and Technology to enforce contracts, reconcile transactions, report discrepancies, and drive process improvements with ERP tools like Odoo and Power BI.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in accounting, revenue operations, reconciliations, or financial control.
Experience in payment services, fintech, e-commerce, ticketing, or high-volume transaction environment.
Strong understanding of internal controls and reconciliation processes.
CPA/ACCA/CMA qualifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee revenue assurance from platform transactions through collection and accounting.
Verify fees, commissions, discounts and other charges align with contracts and terms.
Reconcile platform records with payment gateway reports, bank receipts, and GL balances.
Coordinate month-end close and prepare revenue reports, supporting schedules and adjustments.
Develop automated reconciliations and improve data quality with Tech and Data teams.
