Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in accounting, revenue operations, reconciliations, or financial control with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in payment services, fintech, e-commerce, ticketing or high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience in revenue accounting, payment settlements, AR, and month-end closing.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and reconciliation processes.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue assurance from platform transactions through to collection, settlement, and accounting.
• Verify fees, commissions, discounts, and charges align with contracts.
• Identify missing/duplicate transactions, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Establish controls, reconciliation procedures, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition and reporting.
• Develop automated reconciliations and reports with technology teams.
