Job summary

IFS is seeking a hungry, focused Senior Account Risk Manager to lead risk resolution for strategic accounts across the global portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to protect revenue, renewals, and profitability while delivering executive visibility and governance.

You will own high‑risk accounts, drive global risk reviews, maintain accurate risk records, and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and Delivery to accelerate resolutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software industry including finance, risk management, collections, customer success operations, or strategic account governance.
• Strong understanding of software business models: ARR, renewals, retention, implementation risks, and revenue realisation.
• Proven ability to drive complex account resolutions and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive resolution of high-risk customer accounts, ensuring actions are executed and dates met.
• Facilitate a regular global risk review cadence across regions and divisions.
• Coordinate and escalate for accounts with financial, commercial, delivery, or retention risks.
• Maintain accurate risk records: exposure, root causes, mitigation, owners, next steps.
• Monitor and report on risks affecting ARR, renewals, collections, churn, and bad debt exposure.
• Develop executive dashboards and management reporting on risk trends and progress.
• Drive accountability and challenge delays to close critical issues.
