Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Grants Associate based in Saudi Arabia. You will support end-to-end grantmaking, from application processing to compliance monitoring and reporting, working with grant evaluators and recipients to maintain records and deliver a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer grants through a grants management system with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for grant recipients and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct due diligence to verify compliance with laws and policies.
• Review grantee reports for legal, reporting, and organizational requirements.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date grant records and data integrity.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with evaluators to streamline workflows and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to refine systems as grantmaking scales.
