Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior ICT/Digital Consultant based in Saudi Arabia for a fully remote consultancy roster spanning ICT policy, regulatory analysis, and market development across the Americas. The role focuses on research, policy documentation, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement to support digital transformation initiatives.

Selected consultants contribute to strategic content, policy briefs, and technical reports, while coordinating with regional partners and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Educational background in ICTs or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least five years of progressive experience in ICT policy, regulation, and market analysis.
• Strong regional knowledge of the Americas ICT landscape and policy environment.
• Experience in research, data interpretation, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to design training materials and deliver capacity-building activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized ICT and digital development expertise aligned with programme goals.
• Research telecommunications policies and regulatory frameworks for the Americas region.
• Prepare policy briefs, technical documents, and presentations.
• Conduct research, interpret data, and share insights with policymakers and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training materials to strengthen institutional capabilities.
• Coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery of project tasks.
• Prepare high-quality reports and documentation for project requirements.
