Job summary

The Talents Nation seeks a Reliability Engineer (Saudization) in Al Jubail to lead root cause analysis and reliability improvements for the plant. The role focuses on applying RCM and FMEA to optimize maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime.

You will monitor MTBF/MTTR, coordinate with maintenance and production teams, and leverage SAP PM CMMS data to improve preventive programs and plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment reliability or asset performance management.
• Proficient in RCA, RCM, FMEA, MTBF/MTTR with proven failure investigations.
• CMMS/ERP maintenance systems experience; SAP PM preferred; CMRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCA and equipment failure investigations to identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Apply RCM and FMEA methodologies to optimize maintenance strategies and minimize downtime.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, availability and other reliability KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize CMMS/ERP data to identify trends and improve preventive and predictive maintenance with production teams.
