KBR, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Al Jubayl, Saudi Arabia, to coordinate the Total Reliability program across the asset lifecycle in a refinery. The role involves leading criticality analysis, managing reliability improvement initiatives, and reporting project progress to the Project Manager.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid understanding of refinery processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ of relevant experience in Oil/Gas/petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge in refinery processes and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience in administering asset criticality ranking and SAP taxonomy.

Responsabilités

• Prepare framework for reliability improvement program of refinery assets.
• Lead criticality analysis workshops and collect assessment data.
• Report to the Project Manager on reliability section outcomes.
