Job summary

KBR in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Reliability Engineer specialized in electrical reliability to coordinate the Total Reliability program across refinery assets. The role requires deep experience in asset life cycle management, RCA/ACA methods, and SAP data handling to support maintenance and reliability improvements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive KPI reporting, and ensure lessons learned are applied to safety-critical equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering.
• Site reliability background in refinery/process industry.
• Training in RCA methodology and ability to facilitate RCA/ACA.
• Knowledge of SIS and RBI is a plus.
• 10+ years in Oil/Gas/petrochemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare framework for criticality assessment and reliability improvement of refinery assets.
• Lead Asset Criticality Analysis for refinery assets.
• Collect data, run workshops, and upload findings in SAP with docs.
• Champion reliability methodologies and sustain operational excellence.
• Lead reliability reviews and report project progress weekly/fortnightly.
• Manage Asset Lifecycle procedures in SAP and BOM; implement SAP-PMs.
