Job summary

KBR is seeking a Reliability Engineer to coordinate and execute the Total Reliability program across refinery assets, guiding criticality assessments and SAP data handling. You will lead RCA/ACA efforts, mentor teams, and ensure asset health throughout lifecycle.

You will collaborate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to implement predictive maintenance, monitor KPIs, and optimize reliability strategies within a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment in Jubail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with sound fundamentals.
• Site reliability background and refinery process knowledge.
• Experience in RCA/ACA methodologies and root cause analysis tools.
• 10+ years in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute reliability programs across refinery assets.
• Lead asset criticality analysis and data collection for SAP uploads.
• Champion reliability methodologies and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve asset health.
