Job summary

The Talents Nation seeks a Reliability Engineer (Saudization) in Al Jubail to lead root cause analysis and reliability improvements for the plant. The role focuses on applying RCM and FMEA to optimize maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime.

You will monitor MTBF/MTTR, coordinate with maintenance and production teams, and leverage SAP PM CMMS data to improve preventive programs and plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment reliability or asset performance management.
• Proficient in RCA, RCM, FMEA, MTBF/MTTR with proven failure investigations.
• CMMS/ERP maintenance systems experience; SAP PM preferred; CMRP certification preferred.

Job Description

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and equipment failure investigations, identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve machinery reliability.
• Apply Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies to optimize maintenance strategies and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Monitor and analyze Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), equipment availability and other reliability KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize CMMS/ERP maintenance data to identify equipment trends, improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and collaborate with production and maintenance teams to enhance plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering or asset performance management, preferably within tissue paper or continuous-process manufacturing.
• Strong practical knowledge of RCA, RCM, FMEA, MTBF, MTTR and equipment reliability improvement, with proven experience investigating equipment failures.
• Proficiency in CMMS/ERP maintenance systems, preferably SAP PM, with strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical reporting skills. CMRP certification or equivalent is preferred.
