Job summary

Marafiq in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to lead and execute the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology across the O&M and Technical Services Departments. You will prepare and facilitate introduction, maintain KPI data, and drive reliability improvements using SAP or other CMMS tools.

The role requires 5–7 years in a reliability environment, MTBF analysis, and development of maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years in a Reliability Department within heavy industry or utilities.
• 3–4 years applying statistical reliability methods.
• Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance using SAP or CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate introduction and execution of the RCM methodology with O&M and Technical Services involvement.
• Maintain accurate progress data related to efficiency KPIs and implementation programs.
• Participate in reliability improvement projects and conduct RCM studies.
• Establish training programs to develop reliability culture across Marafiq.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Review SAP reports and assess MTBF history for equipment.
