Job summary

Unipal is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to own and grow our key partner accounts in the GCC. You will manage relationships, drive revenue and ROIs, and work with Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships to land campaigns on brief and on time.

You will analyze brands’ market share and spending, lead renewals, and spot upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate records and contributing to regional growth. Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, client service, partnerships, or operations.
• Track record of growing revenue from existing accounts.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at the same time.
• Comfortable with pipeline management and forecasting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key partner accounts: day‑to‑day relationship, health and retention.
• Grow revenue, transactions, and ROI for every brand in your portfolio.
• Know each brand's business: market share, ad spend outside Unipal, and the value from us.
• Lead renewals and set commercial terms within margins.
• Spot upsell and expansion opportunities and close them.
• Plan campaigns and activations with Marketing and ensure timely delivery.
• Flag quiet or at‑risk accounts early and implement recovery plans.
• Maintain partner records, activity logs, and pipeline data; report on progress.
• Take handovers from Partnerships and onboard new partners to standard.

About The Role

Our Partnerships team brings brands to Unipal. Relationship Management makes them grow. As Senior Relationship Manager, you will own our key accounts: the brands that matter most in business value, revenue, and transactions. You will know each brand inside out, from its market share to where it spends its marketing budget, and use the measurable value Unipal brings to grow the partnership and the revenue it generates. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships.

What You Will Do

• Flag quiet or at-risk accounts early and run recovery plans
• Keep partner records, activity logs, and pipeline data accurate, and report on your portfolio on time
• Take handovers from Partnerships and get new partners live to standard
• Set the example for junior Relationship Managers

What you bring

• 3-5 years in account management, client service, partnerships, or operations
• A track record of growing revenue from existing accounts
• Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at the same time
• Comfortable with pipeline management and forecasting
• On top of your numbers: you notice when one is missing
• Hands-on and happy to wear multiple hats to hit your KPIs
• Arabic and English

• Experience in a startup, marketplace, or loyalty and rewards business
• Experience with brand marketing budgets or media buying
