Job summary

Elastic seeks an experienced Regional Services Partner to lead our Enterprise & Public Sector Services business in the MENA region. You will drive services bookings growth, own forecasting, and partner with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery of complex engagements.

Reporting to the Regional Services Leader, you will shape tailored services strategies, manage portfolios of engagements, and ensure high-quality outcomes while aligning with customer mission

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services or pre-sales in enterprise tech.
• Experience with Enterprise & Public Sector organizations.
• Commercial ownership of services bookings and complex negotiations.
• Experience delivering solutions in search, observability, analytics, or security.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (and occasionally internationally).

Responsibilities

• Own services bookings and revenue targets.
• Build and execute territory services strategy with account plans.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline gaps.
• Lead services bid and negotiation lifecycle including scope and pricing.
• Develop Statements of Work tied to milestones and outcomes.
• Position Elastic Services as a strategic enabler for transformations.
• Oversee multiple engagements ensuring delivery within cost and margins.
• Provide governance with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success.
