Job summary

SupportFinity is seeking a Region Service Delivery Leader for the Middle East to shape and lead a premier regional service delivery organization. The role oversees delivery across the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations while collaborating with operations teams and key customers.

The ideal candidate will drive transformation programs, empower delivery teams, and partner with Sales to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in service delivery within telecom OSS/BSS.
• Executive roles with direct P&L accountability and strategic influence.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and engage at all levels.
• Experience supporting sales, driving account growth and major transformations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive regional service delivery strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Serve as executive sponsor for major accounts and transformation programs.
• Coach CDEs and empower delivery teams during escalations and initiatives.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and oversee account growth.
• Oversee BAU and large-scale transformations with rigorous delivery standards.
• Own regional P&L and make data-driven financial decisions.
