Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to amplify its partner ecosystem globally from a Saudi-based base. You will drive partner-sourced pipeline, architect leverage across managed partners and co-innovate on repeatable solutions with joint blueprints and demos.

The role emphasizes enablement, measurable partner outcomes and revenue growth through collaboration with Partner Managers. You will own technical relationships, deliver enablement roadmaps, and lead efforts to scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing: channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems.
• A one-to-many mindset: you would rather teach ten engineers to run the demo than run it ten times yourself.
• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability and an understanding of AI and semantic search technologies (RAG, vector search, NLP).
• Professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with and through partners; manage partner-sourced pipeline and partner engagement plans.
• Architect leverage through partner champions and technical engagement plans; run quarterly read-outs with partners and stakeholders.
• Deliver enablement and certification roadmaps with labs, accreditations and trainings to mature partner capabilities.
• Co-innovate on repeatable solutions; build joint blueprints, demos and partner-built offerings with central repository for reuse.
