Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a senior Regional Sales Leader to drive enterprise software and digital transformation sales across MEA and Africa. You will own revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and market-expansion initiatives while steering high-value enterprise deals with executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation or IT services sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth across MEA & Africa with enterprise deals.
• Strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs and procurement leaders.
• Arabic and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the enterprise sales strategy across MEA Africa with revenue growth and market expansion.
• Own annual targets, forecasting, pipeline governance and profitability for the region.
• Identify, develop and close large-scale opportunities for BPM, Low-Code, and Digital Transformation.
• Develop and execute regional GTM plans and market-entry strategies for new territories.
• Manage strategic accounts with executive sponsorship and stakeholder mapping.
• Lead and scale regional sales teams across multiple countries.
• Oversee high-value deals from opportunity creation through negotiation and closure.
• Strengthen partner alliances with technology principals, SI partners and regional ecosystems.
• Maintain disciplined CRM usage, forecast accuracy, and pipeline coverage.
• Present regional sales performance and growth plans to senior management.
