Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة seeks an experienced Estate & Accommodation Supervisor (Regional) to oversee workforce housing operations across the assigned region. You will manage budgets, monitor provider performance, ensure compliance, and uphold safety and resident well-being in both outsourced and in-house facilities.

The role requires coordinating bed capacity, relocations, and occupancy aligned with mobilisation needs, supervision of wardens and support staff, and delivering timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in facility/property/workforce accommodation management.
• At least 2 years supervising teams and outsourced providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional accommodation operations and budgets.
• Manage outsourced providers, invoices, and SLA performance.
• Ensure fire-safety, regulatory compliance, and inspections.
• Plan bed capacity and worker allocations per mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Ensure resident welfare, safety, and complaint resolution.
• Supervise in-house accommodation facilities and staff.
• Prepare monthly regional performance and safety reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and space optimization.
• Lead Estate Coordinators and maintain consistent standards.
