ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة invites applications for a Regional Fleet Supervisor who will lead the regional fleet (buses, vans, service vehicles) used to transport the workforce between accommodation and client sites. You will oversee costs, utilization, maintenance, safety, and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in fleet or transport ops, incl. 2+ years supervising large driver teams.
• Experience managing regional fleet budgets and cost per kilometre.
• Hands-on GPS tracking, telematics, route-planning tools, and fleet-management systems.
• Strong Excel skills and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of maintenance, registrations, road-safety regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the region and outside normal hours for escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Fleet Cost and Performance Management: manage budget, fuel, maintenance, leasing, drivers, and fines; monitor cost per km and per vehicle; analyse variances; implement corrective actions.
• Supplier invoices and statements: review and approve invoices for fuel, maintenance, leasing, insurance, and spare parts; reconcile charges and disputes.
• Fleet Utilisation and Route Optimisation: develop route plans; consolidate trips; optimise fleet size; use GPS data to minimise idle mileage and unauthorised use.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance: ensure preventive maintenance schedules; verify inspections, registration, insurance, permits; monitor vehicle availability.
• Fleet Safety and Operating Procedures: enforce driver SOPs and road-safety standards; review incidents; ensure licence, hours, and checks; follow up on actions.
• Driver Workforce Management: plan staffing; manage rosters, shifts, attendance, leave, performance, and conduct through Fleet Operations Coordinators.
• Project Mobilisation and Demobilisation: coordinate transportation for new projects and changes in demand to ensure vehicles and drivers are available on time.
• Operational Reporting and Performance Improvement: prepare monthly regional fleet reports; identify improvements and implement efficiency initiatives.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: supervise Fleet Operations Coordinators and drivers; set expectations; resolve issues across shifts and locations.
