ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة seeks a Regional Fleet Supervisor to direct regional fleet operations, including buses and service vehicles, ensuring cost-efficient, compliant transport for workforce movement between sites.

You will oversee budgeting, route planning, maintenance scheduling, and driver management, coordinating across locations and shifts to optimise utilization and safety. Fluency in Arabic and English, and travel within the region are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fleet or transport operations, including at least 2 years supervising large driver teams.
• Proven experience managing regional fleet budgets, controlling fuel and maintenance costs, reconciling supplier invoices and statements of account, and analysing cost per kilometre.
• Hands-on experience with GPS tracking, telematics, route-planning tools, and fleet-management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience preparing operational reports, analysing fleet performance, and monitoring KPIs.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, roadworthiness requirements, periodic inspections, registration, insurance, and road-safety regulations.
• Experience managing and supervising a multicultural driver workforce, including shift planning, attendance, performance, and operational discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and remain available outside normal office hours for operational escalations.

Responsabilités

• Regional Fleet Cost and Performance Management: manage the regional budget, fuel, maintenance, leasing/ownership, drivers, and fines. Monitor cost per kilometre and variance.
• Review and approve supplier invoices and statements of account for fuel, maintenance, leasing, insurance, and spare parts.
• Develop and review regional route plans, consolidate trips, optimise fleet size, and use GPS data to minimise idle vehicles and mileage.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and vehicle inspections, registrations, insurance, permits remain valid.
• Enforce driver operating procedures and road-safety standards; review incidents and ensure compliance.
• Plan driver staffing levels and manage rosters, shifts, attendance, leave, performance, and conduct.
• Coordinate transportation for project mobilisation/demobilisation and changes in workforce demand.
• Prepare monthly regional fleet performance reports covering trips, kilometres, fuel consumption, utilisation, incidents, and cost per kilometre.
• Supervise Fleet Operations Coordinators and drivers, set performance expectations, resolve issues across shifts and locations.
