Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة is seeking a Facility/Workforce Accommodation Manager to oversee day-to-day management of labour-accommodation buildings, ensuring provider compliance, inspections, and resident well-being across multiple sites in the Eastern Province.

You will coordinate with outsourced providers, supervise maintenance, track costs and safety records, and maintain audit-ready documentation to support inspections and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in facility management, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years in facility, property or workforce-accommodation management with SLA experience.
• Working knowledge of accommodation, fire-safety and municipal/civil-defence requirements.
• Strong inspection, reporting and follow-up discipline; good Excel/ticketing skills.
• Clear communicator with multicultural resident populations; able to handle escalations.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to cover multiple sites with regular regional travel.
• Arabic and English proficiency; valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day control of labour-accommodation buildings, outsourced or in-house.
• Monitor outsourced accommodation providers against contracts, SLAs and billing; validate invoices.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings for cleanliness, hygiene and living standards; follow-up to closure.
• Ensure resident well-being and safety: fire-safety, regulatory compliance, handle complaints with timelines.
• Log, prioritise and follow up maintenance requests; track recurring faults and costs per building.
• Maintain accommodation records for audit and government inspection; prepare monthly scorecard.
