Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة seeks a facilities manager to oversee housing accommodations, manage outsourced providers, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple sites in the Riyadh region.

The role requires 3+ years in facility/workforce accommodation management, strong inspection and reporting skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Regular regional travel and driving licence are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration or a related field.
• 3+ years in facility, property or workforce-accommodation management; experience managing outsourced service providers against SLAs is an advantage.
• Arabic and English required; valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outsourced accommodation providers against contract terms, service levels and billing; validate invoices and escalated deviations.
• Conduct regular inspections of accommodation buildings covering cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance condition and living standards, with documented findings and follow-up to closure.
• Ensure resident well-being and safety: fire-safety and regulatory compliance, first point of contact for resident complaints, resolution within agreed timelines.
• Log, prioritise and follow up maintenance requests with providers or in-house technicians; track recurring faults and cost per building.
• Maintain accommodation records (occupancy, licences, permits, inspection reports) ready for audit and government inspection.
• Produce the monthly estate scorecard: occupancy, cost per head, service-level performance, open complaints and safety findings.
