Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة is seeking a facilities and labour-accommodation manager to oversee day-to-day operations of labour accommodation buildings, ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and resident well-being across multiple sites.

You will monitor contractors, conduct inspections, manage records, and produce monthly reports, while coordinating with diverse teams and traveling within the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years in facility, property or workforce-accommodation management; outsourcing experience is a plus.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers against SLAs.
• Arabic and English required; valid driving licence.
• Strong inspection, reporting and follow-up discipline; comfortable with Excel and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outsourced accommodation providers against contract terms, service levels and billing; validate invoices and escalate deviations.
• Conduct regular inspections of accommodation buildings covering cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance condition and living standards, with documented findings and follow-up to closure.
• Ensure resident well-being and safety: fire-safety and regulatory compliance, first point of contact for resident complaints, resolution within agreed timelines.
• Log, prioritise and follow up maintenance requests with providers or in-house technicians; track recurring faults and cost per building.
• Maintain accommodation records (occupancy, licences, permits, inspection reports) ready for audit and government inspection.
• Produce the monthly estate scorecard: occupancy, cost per head, service-level performance, open complaints and safety findings.
