ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة in Jeddah seeks an experienced Facility Manager to oversee a network of labour-accommodation buildings, ensuring compliance, safety, and resident welfare across multiple sites.

You will manage outsourced providers, conduct inspections, track maintenance, and generate reports to support audits and government checks; fluency in English and Arabic is required, with strong communication and travel within the region.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration or related field.
3+ years in facility, property or workforce-accommodation management, SLAs experience.
Knowledge of accommodation, fire-safety and municipal/civil-defence requirements.
Strong inspection, reporting and follow-up discipline; proficient with Excel.
Clear communicator with multicultural residents; able to handle complaints and escalations.
Willingness to travel within the region and cover multiple sites.

Responsabilités

Day-to-day control of a group of labour-accommodation buildings, outsourced or in-house.
Monitor outsourced providers against contracts, validate invoices and deviations.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings for cleanliness, hygiene and standards.
Ensure resident safety and fire compliance; address complaints with timely resolutions.
Log and follow up maintenance requests; track recurring faults and costs.
Maintain occupancy, licences, permits and inspection records for audits.
