The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for FNRCO employees, clients, visitors, and service providers. The role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and efficient reception experience while supporting day-to-day office operations, visitor management, access control, workspace coordination, mail handling, and administrative services. The Receptionist plays a critical role in maintaining FNRCO's professional image and helping ensure a safe, organized, and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Welcome visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor registration, check-in, and check-out procedures.
- Verify visitor identification and support compliance with security protocols.
- Notify hosts upon visitor arrival and coordinate visitor escort requirements.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and records in line with applicable company retention requirements.
- Offer appropriate hospitality services to visitors, including refreshments and basic office guidance.
Reception & Communication Services
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate employees or departments.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Manage the reception mailbox and respond to general office inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication at all times.
Access Control & Security Support
- Issue and support activation of employee and visitor access cards as authorized.
- Support building access procedures and visitor access coordination.
- Monitor reception-related security systems and escalat issues when required.
Partner with security personnel to support workplace security procedures.- Support emergency response procedures as instructed by Workplace Operations.
Workplace Operations Support
- Assist with workspace reservations and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate catering requests and meeting support services.
- Manage office stationery and reception supplies.
- Support mailroom and courier operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate printing, translation, and other office support requests.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional presentation.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to reception activities.
- Support monthly access card reconciliation and office administration tasks.
- Process routine documentation and office service requests.
- Assist with inventory tracking for office consumables and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to Accenture policies and workplace standards.
Required Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Office Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or workplace operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Experience working in a multinational or corporate office environment is preferred.
